You’ve probably heard the words PACT Act 🌟 and presumptive condition. But what does “presumptive” actually mean? 🤔
For certain conditions, the VA presumes a connection to military service when a Veteran meets specific service requirements. That means the Veteran doesn’t have to prove that their service caused the condition in the usual way.
The PACT Act expanded these presumptions for many Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. 🌿
