Warriors, we expressed to you that "you don't become great because you're talented or skilled, you become great because you execute!!! Too many of us have uphill ambitions but downhill habits! BUILD-PCITI International knows how to get it done and keeps reinforcing the foundation so many are standing on.

With that said, Coming Soon: the award-winning Manual 4 in PCITI's Community-Based Public Safety Violence Interdiction Training Series. This manual builds on the skills contained in the first three manuals to take the participant to the intermediate level in street engagement, tactical deployment, and critical troubleshooting work.

Strategies addressed include community engagement, strategic violence abatement, field management, elite-regional peace-building, and easy-to-memorize formulas & techniques to develop successful blueprints that can be replicated. As always, hands-on exercises and scenarios are designed for optimum participant practice.
