Verdugo Hills high School is a 9-12 LAUSD high school located in Tujunga, CA serving students from Sunland/Tujunga-the 6th highest scoring high school in LAUSD. VERDUGO HILLS HIGH SCHOOL is a comprehensive four-year public high school located in the scenic twin community of Sunland-Tujunga, a suburban section of northern Los Angeles nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. The school

is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District and is at the center of a complex of schools that also includes a continuation high school, a middle school, six elementary schools and a children's center. They range in age from 14 to 18 years. The school serves the local communities of Sunland, Tujunga, Shadow Hills, Lake View Terrace, La Tuna Canyon and parts of Sun Valley. The student body also includes students from the Los Angeles Mid-City area and the communities of South Gate and Bell. The coeducational student population is served by a staff of over 85 teachers in 15 academic departments, 5 administrators, one dean of students, five counselors, one librarian, a school nurse, a school psychologist more than 46 support personnel.

What a busy weekend!! we had our A ca****la group competing in Santa Clarita and not only placing 1st but also winning best Overall Choir! Best soloist! Congratulations! Along with that, we had V6 (Verdugo 6) participating at the Roxy! and yes! the audience petitioned an Encore! and they definitely got it! Thanks to all parents who helped in every way to make this happen! Go Dons!
