Hi Bruins! I’m Paige Zwerner, and I will be your Facilities Commissioner for the 2026-2027 term. I am incredibly honored to be serving the UCLA community this year to improve our accessibility, sustainability, and infrastructure. Thank you so much for electing me. 🫶

To introduce myself a little more, we have compiled a list of fun facts about me that are (mostly) not student government-related! I’m currently a third-year, soon-to-be fourth-year, double-majoring in Political Science and Communications. But to give you a quick overview of my time in student government, I currently serve as the UC Student Association’s Academic Affairs Officer and the Transfer Student Representative Chief of Staff. I am also a part of the BOS committee in FAC. In previous years, I have been a part of the office of the President, IVP, and ISR.

I ran on three platforms: expanding access, FAC Midterms, and building your space. If you are interested in the details of these, please feel free to take a look at my campaign Instagram, , or reach out to me via DMs or email ([email protected]).

I look forward to serving the UCLA community alongside the rest of this amazing commission. Keep an eye out for applications; all are welcome! ❤️💛💚

⭐️ JOY OUT 🤟

It has been an absolute pleasure serving as your FAC for these last 2

From establishing the pilot LSDCC ♿️increasing staffing and decreasing wait times for BruinAccess 🚌 to renewing the U-Pass last year and successfully advocating for a direct, on-campus station at UCLA as a part of the STC 🚏, we’ve done so much!

OSAC came and went, we held our first Earth Day Extravaganza and FAC Fest, organized Sustainable MoveIN and MoveOUT (coming again soon!) 🏠, pushed for ethical merch at ASUCLA locations 👚, carried out the Reuzzi reusable mug ☕️ campaign to reduce single-use waste, and funded hundreds of thousands of dollars of student projects and events through TGIF and the commuter scholarship 💵.

The work done to strengthen campus accessibility, sustainability, and mobility is not possible without my commission and our collaborators. Thank you to my exec, Neha, Vrinda, Michael, Betty, and Ariella, for carrying our commission on their backs and for having my back in and outside of FAC. Thank you to our staff, directors, and our USAC Director of the Year, Winston, for spearheading these important projects, and Paige and our DSU coordinators for being some of our strongest disability justice advocates and allies. Thank you to OSAC and Pranaya for the hard work done to ensure students get the spaces they need, and TGIF for ensuring that student projects promoting sustainability and environmental justice continue to get funded. Thank you to the rest of council for advocating for over 33,000 undergraduate students alongside me, and our advisors Jonathan and Lorelei and SGS staff for supporting us!

Joy signing out 🫡

📣 I KNOW THAT’S RIGHT 📣

Winston Li? You mean the creator of a program to systematically document issues with the streets on Westwood (shoutout B4BT Walk Audit and vibe coding)? You mean U-Pass campaigner and STC Alt 4 (and 5) advocate? You mean co-PD of TEA?

You mean USAC’s Best Director of the Year⁉️

Congratulations Winston and thank you for all of your hard work this year, TEA will not be the same without you!
