Anne’s Family Services has been serving families in Los Angeles for more than 113 years and today is a premiere social service agency. Since first opening its doors in 1908 as a home for pregnant women with nowhere else to turn, St. Anne’s has grown into one of the most highly regarded social service agencies - rising to the challenge of meeting the ever-changing needs of Los Angeles' most vulnera

ble populations by offering an array of comprehensive services that promote the safety, resilience, and ongoing achievement of the children and families we serve. Anne’s Family Services offers an array of comprehensive programs including: short-term residential therapeutic program; supportive housing including transitional housing and permanent supportive housing; mental health; early childhood education; family literacy; workforce development, as well as access to, and collaborations with, other agencies and providers. COA accreditation means that our organization’s programs, services, administration, and management have been rigorously evaluated and meet best practice standards. For more than 14 years, St. Anne's has received four-star ratings from Charity Navigator, indicating strong transparency, accountability and financial viability. Our Mission: Working together to build safe, nurturing and resilient families - from pregnancy to parenthood and childhood to adulthood - for generations to come.

Last Friday, we celebrated our 46th Annual Evening of Angels Gala at the Taglyan Complex in Hollywood hosted by our amazing emcee, Melvin Robert — a beautiful evening filled with inspiration, community, and purpose. ✨

We were honored to recognize our incredible honorees: Terry Ogawa, Joyce Robinson, Father Brendan Busse, Victoria Rowell, Jamie Tierney, and Veronik Ortega, while also showcasing some of the impactful work taking place every day at St. Anne’s Family Services.

It was powerful to gather with hundreds of supporters, partners, board members, sponsors, donors, and friends who came together to acknowledge our collective impact and shared commitment to building brighter futures for children and families.

As our President & CEO, Lorna Little, often says, “No money, no mission.” We are deeply grateful to everyone who continues to invest in the work and mission of St. Anne’s.

Eight years ago, Rev. Brendan Busse, S.J. blessed the opening Beverly Terrace and since that day, he has never stopped showing up for St. Anne’s Family Services. 💛

A respected social justice leader and a constant spiritual anchor for our community, Father Brendan has been present for our most sacred celebrations and our most meaningful moments that include the Feast Day of Sts. Anne and Joachim Mass Celebrations.

We are proud to honor him with the Angel Award at our Evening of Angels Gala on Friday, May 15. 🕊️
