Estonia’s Consul from Washington, D.C., will be in Los Angeles on June 30 and July 1 to perform consular duties.
Please pre-register for an appointment by emailing [email protected]. Please include your mobile phone number, the purpose of the appointment (such as passport renewal, initial passport application, fingerprinting, or other), and your preferred time in your email. Requests will be processed in the order received.
The Consul will be available from 10 am to 4 pm on both days at the Los Angeles Estonian House, 1306 W 24th St, Los Angeles, CA 90007.
For general information about applying for a passport or ID card and for a link that explains the renewal process, visit https://washington.mfa.ee/estonian-passport-and-id-card/. Note your ability to renew documents through the e-service portal, your ability to request DHL delivery of your passport (but not your ID card), and the requirement that you have valid fingerprints (less than 6 years old) on file to use this option. If your fingerprints are outdated and your renewal is still in the future, you can “renew” only your fingerprints during this visit, so you will have access to the e-service portal when renewal time comes.
