Our Story

CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION FOR OUR PROGRAM: MALE ADULTS ONLY Welcome to Tree House Transitional. We offer three locations of short-term housing for all men, from those who are just getting on their feet and can't yet afford an apartment, to visitors seeing the city for a few weeks. Rooms are shared, varying two to five people, pending on availability. All are located near metro bus stops. Full kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Rent is $500.00 a month with a $300.00 move in fee. At this time, we are only able to accommodate men. The locations are at 7501 S. Main St., 1o8 W 75th St, and 116th and Avalon (Avalon House is &300.00 move in $600.00 a month). Through basic services, community partnerships, and a safe comfortable environment we hope to harbor good people and good vibes. NO ALCOHOL ON PREMISES!
