Están todos cordialmente invitados a participar en esta iniciativa que apoya a estudiantes mexicanos y latinos en el Condado de Los Ángeles que están por comenzar sus estudios universitarios.
La subasta reúne obras y piezas especiales donadas por reconocidos artistas y galeristas.
Entre las piezas participantes se encuentra una creación de:
Alejandra Phelts es una destacada artista visual contemporánea mexicana, reconocida por explorar temas de feminidad, memoria e identidad transfronteriza. Nacida en Mexicali, su estudio se encuentra en la ciudad costera de Playas de Tijuana.
Con más de 60 exposiciones internacionales, ha representado a México en importantes foros globales como el G20 en China y el Salon des Beaux Arts en el Louvre de París, así como en Estados Unidos, Canadá, Francia, Italia, España, Japón, Mónaco, Indonesia, China, México, Perú, Argentina, Brasil, Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Omán.
“Seahorse” presenta al caballo como metáfora de un espíritu femenino poderoso, sensual y etéreo. La intensidad de los tonos azules y el movimiento de la melena al viento evocan una energía dinámica que equilibra fuerza y delicadeza.
El fondo en hoja de plata aporta una luminosidad sutil, situando la obra dentro de un lenguaje visual contemporáneo. Como parte de la serie Amazonas, la pieza explora la relación entre movimiento, se*******ad y libertad.
Todos los fondos recaudados serán destinados al programa Becas Alas, ampliando oportunidades educativas para la próxima generación.

“Seahorse” presents the horse as a metaphor for a powerful, sensual, and ethereal feminine spirit. The intensity of the blue tones and the movement of the mane in the wind evoke a dynamic energy that balances strength and delicacy.
The silver leaf background provides subtle luminosity, placing the work within a contemporary visual language. As part of the Amazonas series, the piece explores the relationship between movement, sensuality, and freedom.
All funds raised will be allocated to the Becas Alas program, expanding educational opportunities for the next generation.
