We are a private agency, providing supervised visitation services to families who are in serious custody Issues. All Monitors have trustline background checks, have the training requirements as set forth by the California Rules of Court, Current CPR and First Aid training as well. We have been taking care of families for a long time, While not every client will be happy with the services we or any

one who does this work supplies. Family Code section 3200 defines the term "provider" as including any individual or supervised visitation center that monitors visitation. Supervised visitation is contact between a noncustodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person. These standards of practice and this definition do not apply to supervision of visitation exchanges only, but may be useful in that context. We also have our own policies and guidelines in place that we feel will aid us in doing the best job possible for the person(s) utilizing our services. We prepare reports for each visit that document what is seen and heard on the visit. We will document and notes of concern from either party before, during and after the visit, until the children are released and "off of our watch". We do work on providing the best service possible to serve the needs of the community and the clients that utilize our service. If you would like more information, we hope that you will feel free to contact our office.

Our Story

We are a private agency, providing supervised visitation services to families who are in serious custody Issues. The working definition of supervised visitation is as follows: Supervised visitation is contact between a noncustodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person.

The California Rules of Court, Standard 5.20 and the Family Code section 3200 defines the term "provider" as including any individual or supervised visitation center that monitors visitation. These standards of practice and this definition do not apply to supervision of visitation exchanges only, but may be useful in that context. We have our own policies and guidelines in place that we feel will aid us in doing the best job possible for the person(s) utilizing our services. Our policies do come from the standards as well as some common-sense housekeeping and safety issues. We strive to cover everything, but as you know, things change and we update our policies and practice to make sure we are always in compliance. All of our Monitors obtain trustline background checks, have the training requirements as set forth by the California Rules of Court standard 5.20. They are required to keep their CPR and First Aid training current as well as their auto insurance and driver’s license..

We have been taking care of families for a long time. We know that we will not every client happy and that really isn’t our job. Our job and our philosophy is to try to allow every child to have a relationship, that is as normal as possible, with the parent that is out of the home. This isn’t always easy due to the volatility of the personalities involved. This volatility isn’t just between the two parents. It involves, the people most frequently in their lives, family and friends, with their own opinions and thoughts, the courts, the attorneys with the legal gymnastics that are required, as well as medical doctors, therapists, schools, etc.

Reports are prepared by your monitor after each visit. The report consists of what is seen and heard on the visit. Please note, the child is the only person on the visit that we do not censor. These reports are available about 7-10 business days later. Additionally, we do document and notes of concern from either party before, during and after the visit, until the children are released and "off of our watch". Details of our reporting process will be explained during your intake. Again unhappy clients do happen. We will do what we can to address the situation and try to remedy it. Please note, we are human too and things happen, although we do try to keep it out of our working with you. We do work as hard as we can to provide the best service possible to serve the needs of the community and the clients that utilize our service. If you would like more information, we hope that you will feel free to contact our office. Thank you!
