LAPD Southwest Area Teen C-PAB

LAPD Southwest Area Teen C-PAB Teen Community-Police Advisory Board (Teen C-PAB) Teen CPAB focuses on quality-of-life issues, and concerns, from the perspective of the youth in our community.

The Los Angeles Police Department Southwest Area Teen Community Police Advisory Board (Teen CPAB) was established as a forum for area youth to advise and discuss public safety issues with the Commanding Officer and community police officers of the southwest area. Teen CPAB serves as an advisory group predicated on a community government philosophy. As a conduit for the youth in our community to ad

dress their concerns, the Southwest Area Teen CPAB establishes subcommittees which are developed to reespond to specific community issues. Community involvement and resources are important factors in the success of the Southwest Area Teen CPAB. We encourage interaction between our young community members and the multitude of agencies and deparments within the City of Los Angeles. These partnerships, which Southwest Area Teen CPAB fosters, help our community face and overcome the various quality-of-life challenges with the active input and involvement of our community's youth. We invite your participation in Southwest Area Teen Community Police Advisory Board. Sergeant Jim Barlow
