Taste of the Eastside Taste of the Eastside is a premiere food + drink festival THE 12TH ANNUAL TASTE OF THE EASTSIDE RETURNS APRIL 22-24, 2022.

From April 22-24, 2022 over 15 East side L.A. establishments will highlight signature dishes and unique offerings available for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery.

25% of the total order will be donated to this year's beneficiaries, Silver Lake's Rose Scharlin Cooperative Nursery School, a non-profit committed to offering a uniquely supportive and progressive pre-school option to families at a minim

al cost and Friends Of the LA River (FOLAR), a nonprofit focusing on equitable access and ecological restoration of the LA River. Since 2011, Taste of the Eastside has been showcasing the diverse restaurant scene from Silverlake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Los Feliz, Atwater, and beyond.

Our Story

Taste of the Eastside is an annual, one day, outdoor food and drink festival hosted this year at the historic Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. Now in its ninth year, the event attracts over 1000 foodies and hipsters from northeast LA to celebrate and take pride in their neighborhood eateries and culinary establishments. Taste of the Eastside features some 30 restaurants that range from landmark hotspots to noteworthy newcomers. The entire event is a fundraiser that benefits the Rose Scharlin Cooperative Nursery School, as well as other local loved non-profit organizations like the Pablove Foundation and Friends of the LA River.
