The Elysian Valley Riverside Neighborhood Council (EVRNC) is an advisory body that advocates for Elysian Valley to Los Angeles City Hall. The Board is made up of stakeholders (people who live, work, own property, volunteer, or are involved with a community organization) in Elysian Valley. Board Meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of every month at Allesandro Elementary School in the staff lounge (2210 Riverside Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90039).
