Trump and Stephen Miller want half a million people who are here legally to leave the U.S. in order apply for a green card. This would rip apart families and sink our economy even further.

This was never about immigrants coming here "the right way." We must fight this.

The administration has issued a directive requiring most temporary visa holders living in the U.S. to return to their home country to finish their green card application.

I visited my constituent Carlitos at the Adelanto ICE facility. ICE shot him in October. His gunshot wound is infected, his hand is purple, and he’s suffering immense pain—and ICE refuses to give him proper care.

I won’t stop fighting until he gets the care he desperately needs.

Trump got a “6 month physical” instead of an annual physical. The White House is calling Trump “the most energetic president in history” while he’s falling asleep in meetings.

Is the White House covering up something more serious?? We need real transparency.

President Trump wrapped up a three-hour visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and said, “Everything checked out PERFECTLY.”

Congresswoman LaMonica McIver. Senator Alex Padilla. Now Senator Andy Kim.

The Department of Homeland Security has now attacked three Democratic lawmakers for doing their jobs and standing up for their constituents. Senator Kim was literally PROTECTING New Jerseyans who were protesting ICE's brutality from being tear gassed.

It's sickening and downright anti-American. It's the stuff of dictatorships. They will not silence us.

My office is monitoring the ongoing situation at the GKN Aerospace chemical plant in Orange County. I’m grateful to Orange County Fire Authority for their response efforts and I’m praying for our fellow Californians in Orange County.

There is no evacuation order for LA County at this time. For now, follow the news and local authorities for updates and stay alert.

Emergency crews are working nonstop to prevent an overheating tank filled with a toxic chemical from leaking or triggering what could be a catastrophic explosion as approximately 50,000 residents in Orange County, California remain under evacuation.

The Senate passed a War Powers Resolution to end Trump’s illegal, failing war on Iran. The lone House Democratic holdout said he’d vote for it.

Then, House Republicans pulled down a vote on the War Powers Resolution. They’re cowards who care more about Trump than America.
