Registration is officially open for the 2026 EmpowerLA Youth Conference! We invite youth between the ages of 14-17 from across Los Angeles to register to attend this exciting opportunity to dive deep into civic engagement, local government, and professional development. EmpowerLA Youth Conference attendees explore the role the Neighborhood Council system plays in grassroots democracy, attend learning sessions on ways to be civically engaged in the community, network with like-minded young leaders, engage with City leaders, and so much more!
