USDA/ SNAP - UPDATE 11/6/2025: To my knowledge, as of today, no benefits have been paid. However, in today's hearing held in the Rhode Island District Court, the Judge held: "The Defendants are ORDERED to make full payments of November SNAP benefits to the states by Friday, November 7, 2025, by utilizing available Section 32 funds in combination with the contingency funds. IT IS SO ORDERED."

I've been thinking about some good news I heard from the FBI Director during a recent congressional oversight hearing, where he reported the FBI has recovered 4700 missing children this year alone (this year alone and not counting adults). This staggering number passed through the testimony without comment.

However, I stopped to ask A.I. to illustrate what 4700 missing children looks like. The photo here is the shocking result of our seemingly helpless crisis today.

PLEASE, pay more attention to the AMBER ALERTS (and Grey Alerts) because everyone is seen by someone sometimes. These children went home, however twice as many have NOT been found yet this year, and these numbers are consistent yearly! That sick feeling you get from hearing this is likely the reason we don't hear about it all day - everyday. Look at the AMBER ALERTS (and Grey Alerts) you get!

The Stalkers Interfere with your job; your landlord; your bank; your doctor; your vendors; your friends and your family... Then we appear surprised by all the senseless violence!

I want to see people make "Stalking Cases" and/ or "Interference Cases" early to prevent the more serious crimes down the road, and to make the Targets/ Victims whole as soon as possible!

Picture here shows a very important legal remedy we all can utilize when the appropriate facts arise.

When a major corp. Intentionally Interferes with another corp's. Contracts they recover millions under Contract and Tort Theories... Usually when some entity Intentionally Interferes with an average citizen's Contracts, that average citizen just goes to the poor the house.

This does not have to be so... the legal remedies that all the big companies use daily, are also available to you and me!
