Supporting sidewalk vendors across LA County!

Today, LA County DEO’s Sidewalk Vending Team distributed two new hot-holding carts to Bertha Bugarin and Roberta Beltran in North Hollywood through our Sidewalk Vending Cart Program!

These carts will help both vendors operate safely, grow their businesses, and continue serving local communities.
Through this program, we continue to provide sidewalk vendors with the equipment, resources, and support they need to succeed across LA County.

Stronger together on the road to recovery! 💙

On October 11, our DEO team joined the PaliBu Resource & Recovery Expo to connect Pacific Palisades and Malibu residents and business owners with resources to support their post-wildfire recovery.

Hosted by the Malibu Pacific Palisades Chambers of Commerce, the Expo brought together more than 150 vendors, organizations, and government agencies offering guidance on rebuilding, financing, insurance, and fire resilience.

Thank you to everyone who connected with us and to the partners helping our communities rebuild and move forward!

DEO’s Sidewalk Vending Team distributed five grill carts and one hot-holding cart to six approved vendors at the ELA Entrepreneur Center. These no-cost carts will help local entrepreneurs operate safely, grow their businesses, and continue serving communities across LA County.
