Share information about available apartment homes at our 55+ community, Valley Pride Village. We currently have 1-bedroom/1-bath units (approximately 581 sq. ft.) available, with rents starting between $1,704 and $2,272, based on income qualification.
Program Requirements:
Applicants must meet income qualifications and attend an in-person appointment with all required documentation. All household members must be present at the time of the interview and lease signing.
Please bring the following documents to their appointment:
1. State-Issued Identification (for all adults):
Current, valid driver’s license or ID
Social Security card
Permanent Resident Card or a valid Alien Registration Card (must not be expired)
2. Proof of Income (as applicable):
Last 3 consecutive months of paystubs
(Weekly: 13, Bi-weekly: 7, Semi-monthly: 6, Monthly: 3)
Social Security Benefits Award Letter (dated within the last 120 days)
Public Assistance printout (dated within the last 120 days)
Unemployment Benefits Letter (dated within the last 120 days)
Proof of any additional income sources
Self-employed applicants: 2024 & 2025 tax returns
Pension statements (most recent 3 months, if applicable)
3. Proof of Assets:
Checking account statements (last 6 months – required)
Most recent savings account statement
401(k) or other retirement account statements
ATM/store receipts for debit card assets (including EBT or SSA-related cards)
Additional Information:
A money order must be submitted at the time of interview/application processing, payable to Valley Pride Village in the amount of $25.00.
