The Lordstown Police Department extends its sincere appreciation to the United States Deputy Sheriffs’ Association for its generous donation of a rifle-rated Mini Shield.

This equipment will serve as an important officer-safety resource, providing enhanced ballistic protection to our personnel while responding to calls for service and critical incidents. The addition of this shield strengthens our department’s ability to protect both our officers and the community they serve.

We are grateful for the continued support of the United States Deputy Sheriffs’ Association and its commitment to advancing officer safety through the donation of life-saving equipment. Partnerships such as these help ensure that law enforcement agencies have the tools necessary to safely and effectively carry out their mission of protecting the public.
