With no majority, the motion was defeated. That vote then led to a heated argument between two commissioners and a member of the public who accused one of them of cowardice and the other of not serving the people of Lorain County.

Regional State Chair Meeting with Francis Strickland and hosted by Karen Prelip in Norwalk, yesterday. Ten counties in attendance for essential strat planning and idea sharing.
