Seminole County Democratic Party Help us get Democrats elected up and down the ballot in Seminole County. https://linktr.ee/semdems Watch the featured story on WESH 2 News.

In June of 2021, Seminole County officially became blue by voter registration numbers according to the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections. In November 2020 Seminole County made history by going blue for the first time since 1948, and in June 2021 became the Majority Party in Seminole County! The news of this historic flip travelled fast and several news outlet quickly picked up on the story.

Although Seminole County went blue, Florida ultimately went red for Donald Trump. We were able to retain Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy to her seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, and we also retained Representative Joy Goff-Marcil to the Florida House. Longtime SemDems member Jennifer Webb was elected to the Seminole County Soil and Water Commission, and local Democratic activist Chad Albritton was elected to the Casselberry City Commission. Even with these wins, we took some very hard losses down ballot. Despite the win for Biden and the most-robust voter outreach plan the Seminole County Democratic Party has ever seen, we still clearly have plenty of work to do. We will continue to fight to get more Democrats elected in the coming election cycles, but we need your help to make that happen! View our calendar for upcoming events. CHANGES IN SEMINOLE
Back in 2018 Seminole County went blue for the first time for state-wide offices. We flipped 1 county school board seat blue, as well as House District 30, but we still fell just shy of flipping 2 of our 3 House Districts. Our outstanding efforts made a splash in both local and national news, including with the Washington Post, New York Times, NBC News, Florida Politics, and the Orlando Sentinel. We have learned a lot over these past couple years, and we have become an efficient “blue wave” machine. We finally tipped the scale in registered voters in Seminole County in 2021 -- but we need your help to secure our future and get Democrats elected! GET INVOLVED

“I’m Human Fighting for Other Humans.” This has been on my heart since I started running in this race.

I’m a registered Democrat, but at the end of the day, I’m fighting to make Seminole County affordable and livable for EVERYONE who calls Seminole County home. It does not matter who you are, your party affiliation, or your income. I’m fighting for our basic need, which is to have the best quality of life possible. That's why my slogan is ONE SEMINOLE.

We’ve been TAXED TO THE MAX—overdeveloped and gaslit along the way.

It’s time for new leadership that will truly put the people of Seminole County first and not as an afterthought. NO MORE gaslighting. NO MORE scripted one-liners—just truly honest, transparent, and open dialogue, all of the time. More importantly, NO MORE leaders fighting the wrong fight.

My name is Charline Santos, and I’m running for Seminole County Commission, District 4. Election Day is Nov. 3, and we’re fewer than 65 days away.

County Commissioners don't have term limits. But your vote can be the term limit, because it's time for my opponent to go.
