Seniors Intervention Group

Seniors Intervention Group The Seniors Intervention Group (SIG) It's also a way to prevent crime.

The objective is to preserve the independence of the elderly, promote mental and physical well-being by providing assistance with services such as transportation, basic home repair, short term financial assistance, elder abuse/neglect prevention and basic social services. The Seniors Intervention Group (SIG) is a logical offshoot of community policing, which strives to create a good relationship b

etween residents, police officers and fire/rescue personnel. For example, if an elderly person can't afford to fix a broken window or door lock or isn't well enough to take care of it, burglars could seize the opportunity.

SIG is proud to gift this power chair to a local senior in need. ๐Ÿ’™

Thanks to this donation, he now has the ability to move around freely and enjoy the outdoors again. Simple joys like fresh air and independence mean so much, and we are grateful to help make that possible.

At SIG, we believe every senior deserves dignity, mobility, and the chance to stay connected with the world around them.
