📌 FAQ FRIDAY

Q: Why are annual reexaminations moving online?

A: Last October, we began notifying families that annual recertifications would transition online beginning Fall 2026 as part of our paperless initiative.

To help families prepare, we will begin offering Assistance Connect and Annual Reexam classes this summer — both virtually and in person.

Registration will be required. More details coming soon!

Partnerships make a difference! Today, Carrie Roberts from Human Resources visited with several of our families to explain the City’s hiring process and provide guidance on applying for current job openings.

We are grateful for her time, expertise, and willingness to help connect families with employment opportunities. Creating pathways to self-sufficiency takes collaboration, and we love working alongside other City departments to better serve our community.

A huge thank you to Carrie and the HR team for investing in our residents. This is a win for everyone! 🏡📉✅
