To fellow Todd County Republicans,

Good evening. I hope this notice finds you and your families well. I hope you were able to have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Our next Todd County Republican BPOU meeting is Thursday, February 12, 2023, 7:00 pm at Thunder Lodge in Long Prairie.

At our January meeting, our focus will be on the Todd County Republican BPOU Convention, which is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the Browerville Community Center. Committee Assignments need to be planned, including Constitution, Credentials, Rules, Nominating committee. Delegates and Alternates elected at the February 1, 2022 caucuses are eligible to attend and vote. I have mailed a letter to all concerned which explains the convention in more detail.

The Executive Committee Officers of the Todd County Republican BPOU (Chair, Deputy chair, up to ten Vice-chairs, Secretary, Treasurer, and Finance Chair) are to be nominated and then voted on at the Convention. We will also nominate and vote for two (2) Delegates and two (2) Alternates to attend 2023-2024 MNGOP State Central Conventions.

Come after 6 pm to enjoy food, drinks, and good conversations before the meeting at 7 pm. The following meeting is Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 7.00pm at Thunder Lodge in Long Prairie.

I apologize for late notice. Our Monthly BPOU Meeting is tonight at Griff's Pizza in Long Prairie, 136 Central Ave, Long Prairie, MN 56347. Tonight's meeting is a Christmas Social. Come bye to say hello or sit down enjoy some good food and conversations. Our next monthly meeting is on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Thunder Lodge in Long Prairie, 22056 US 71, Long Prairie, MN 56347. At the January Meeting, discussions on the BPOU Convention which will be in February 2023 where the Election of Chair and Executive Committee is to occur, review of the BPOU Constitution and Election of Delegate and Alternate who will attend the State Central Conventions. Our Monthly BPOU Meeting is this Thursday, November 10th, 7 pm, Thunder Lodge, Long Prairie. At the meeting, Agenda items to discuss is State Central Convention next month and the Election of a MNGOP Chair, Results from the October 22nd Fall Festival, BPOU Convention in February 2023 where the Election of Chair and Executive Committee is to occur, review of the BPOU Constitution and Election of Delegate and Alternate who will attend the State Central Conventions. You have to wonder why more is not done to address these issues. All that I have received are vote for me flyers which are great, but I guess I have to wait if the tire actually hits the road for change to occur to help our Nation. I leave it at His feet and keep Faith, that His answer is always the right one.
