A library card is all you need for a springtime adventure!
We’ve collaborated with the to provide free, seven-day state park passes for you to check out and explore any state park and recreation area (). Enjoy the sounds of returning songbirds or the sights of spring ephemerals without the financial barrier of a vehicle entrance fee.
Learn how too check out a pass at https://griver.org/services/park-passes. When you are at the park, make sure to clearly display the pass on your vehicle dashboard. After your visit, just recycle the pass!
These state park passes are provided through the Minnesota State Park Library Program and only cover the vehicle entrance fee. If you’d like to camp, you’ll need to make and pay for those reservations separately. Learn more about the state parks library program at mndnr.gov/librarypass
