Hello followers! It's been 4 years to the month since I had a my kidney transplant, and unfortunately, I am in need of. Another transplant, as my kidney fintions have decreased over the last year.
Transplant from a non-living donor is like buying a used car, you might get a lemon, or a certified used, or something in between. I got 3 solid years, but it's time for a refresh.
I have already started the process of getting back on the transplant list, with the hope of being approved in the next month. A lot has changed, but a lot has remained the same in the process, especially in finding a living donor.
Keep watching this space for future updates, and how you (or someone else) can be a donor, if not for me, then someone else
