Student Council celebrated all their hard work with a hike up Coney Mountain and dinner at the Adirondack Hotel on Long Lake. Throughout the year, they have worked hard to contribute to our school—by taking the lead in planning Trunk-or-Treat, organizing Valentine's carnation sales and running home game concessions during basketball season. Yesterday was an opportunity for them to come together again as a team to share a fun and memorable experience, while reflecting back on their accomplishments. ⛰️🍽️

Last Friday, grades 9 and 10 kicked off their class trip with a visit to Fort Stanwix Memorial Park in Rome, NY. It was a great way to celebrate the history that helped create our country. The students enjoyed exploring the fort, learning the mechanisms of the draw bridge and experiencing what life was like for a soldier 250 years ago. 🪖

After the Fort, they traveled to the Destiny Mall to enjoy bouncing at the trampoline park, racing go-karts and dining at the Cheesecake Factory. 🏎️🍰

Today, our students and staff headed to The Wild Center to explore the incredible “Trolls: Save the Humans” exhibit by artist Thomas Dambo. We learned all about sustainability, conservation and how to turn recycled materials into giant art. 🧌

A huge thank you to our Arts in Education Coordinator, Liz Hosley, for organizing such an unforgettable trip! ✨

The Clay Target Club has finished their regular season, but not finished the fun yet! The team will travel to the Foothills Challenge this weekend, and then to the state tournament on June 5th.

Congratulations to Griffin Farr for finishing 2nd, and Morgan Delehanty for finishing 3rd in the conference for male shooters. Daphne Seaman carried a strong 1st standing throughout the season for females. Our team of eight shooters shot incredibly well earning us 1st place in the conference! Awards and medals will be handed out at the state tournament.

Griffin and Morgan shot straight 25s at the Fun Shoot last weekend. It never gets old!
