If you believe the child is refusing to visit because of physical or emotional abuse by the other parent, you must take legal action proactively to protect them. You cannot disobey a court order. Until modified, you must comply.

Hi! I’m Daniel Russ, Director, Angel Watch Child Visits. We have trained monitors who will provide supervised professional monitoring services for your child. We are honest, conscientious; with a caring demeanor, personal warmth and sensitivity that will make your family and child feel at ease. Our primary goal is to ensure SAFE, SECURE and FRIENDLY visits that are COMFORTABLE and ENJOYABLE for both the child and parent.

Angel Watch Child Visits monitors provide on/off site monitoring services in compliance with the California Rules of Court 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5 which includes Mandated Child Abuse Reporter as defined in section 11165.6 of the penal code.
