Honorary Consul General and the President of Cambodia chamber of commerce representatives office in California Mr. Kim Chha Hout expressed their interest in forming partnerships with XBN President and Founder, Mr. Jay Ungos, and President & CEO of the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC), Mr. Gerry Palon. Honorary Consul General of Cambodia Mr. Kim Chha Hout was featured as a guest speaker at the XBN International Mixer, hosted in conversation with Jayne Herring, President/CEO of the World Affairs Council of Orange County. The fireside chat took place on May 27, 2026, at AnQi Gourmet Bistro and focused on international business, diplomacy, and global trade connections.
Mr. Kim Chha Hout currently serves as Honorary Consul General of Cambodia in Long Beach and is also President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in California. His work centers on strengthening trade, investment, and cultural ties between Cambodia and the United States.
XBN described the event as an opportunity for international networking and “global business conversations,” bringing together entrepreneurs, consular representatives, and international resource partners from across Southern California.
