Gems Uncovered had an incredible Graduation Celebration this past week. Cheering on our recent grads from the Free 2B Me proram. Our grads have shown to be resilient and strong with big dreams and hope.
We thank our community partners of faith, Pastor Ken , Mary Anne Silvestri, Esther Ministry of St. Joseph Church, Pastor Noemi who helped us cheer and love on these amazing grads!

“Through God and Gems Uncovered having April, Myra, and Mary in my corner, my life changed. I found healing, direction, and confidence. Today I stand before you as a certified Medication Technician and a Community Health Worker, roles I once couldn’t imagine for myself. I recently moved into my very first apartment with my children. Gems helped me to see that my past did not disqualify me from a future filled with purpose”.
“I am very grateful to Gems Uncovered for all of your love and support throughout my healing journey, and helping me get to know myself and teach me new skills. I have the strength and confidence to do new things. Since graduating I have completed my certification as a Mental Health Worker and I am present in both of my beautiful childrens life. I am so incredibly grateful. I absolutely love my life!!”
