Integrated Courses of Study

Integrated Courses of Study ICS intends to use the new statewide Associate Degrees for Transfer legislation (SB 1440) as a potential framework for improvement.

This project explores ways to improve the state's transferable lower-division curriculum, and see how the new Associate Degrees for Transfer might help colleges and universities sequence existing coursework and embed high-impact practices into intentionally designed programs without sacrificing portability. Such strengthened courses of study may improve learning and persistence while closing achievement gaps.
