What a weekend looks like around here😊

Open Pantry at our warehouse at 151 W Victoria St 90805 Long Beach Friday 12-4 pm and Saturday 12-2 pm

Packing for Homebound and Bulk Deliveries all weekend

Park Distribution Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm

Thank you so much to our awesome volunteers! It’s so much more than food for us. It’s about warmth, dignity and respect. We want everyone we see to leave us FEELING good and loved 💚 and our volunteers do such a wonderful job of that.

The sacrifices that soldiers make to keep our civilian lives comfortable and safe is unbelievable. Some lose their lives. Today is for them. Thank you immensely🙏

However, we don't feel like Memorial Day or Veteran's Day are doing enough.

It's one thing to have a day or two a year where we acknowledge these incredible efforts.

It's another to actually provide a good safety net for the soldiers that come home.

If you know a bit about the unhoused population, you know a decent percentage of them are veterans. We get the privilege of working with thousands every year.
