Centro Shalom Centro Shalom is a non-profit organization providing safety net services to those in need in and around the greater Long Beach community.

Centro Shalom, a program of the South Coast Interfaith Council, is a grassroots community organization based in Long Beach, CA. For over 30 years, we have provided vital assistance programs to low- and no-income residents of the Greater Long Beach area. We offer a comprehensive set of services at no cost to all who enter our doors. These services are non-discriminatory, non-denominational, and non-proselytizing.

Time is running out for students to apply for financial aid and the deadline to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is March 2! Over the next few weeks, there will be several hands-on Cash for College workshops across the 70th Assembly District. For more information, call (562) 495-2915.

The deadline to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is March 2. I know that finding ways to pay for college can be daunting, but help is available.
