We have expanded our automated process to mail test results post-visit. This is one of several ways Veterans can receive and access their own records ensuring they are up to date on their own test results, which can include laboratory and radiology results. This expansion of services helps reduce test result communication delays, and allows your team to continue to focus on direct Veteran care. If you have any questions about the process, contact your provider directly. You can also learn about the other opportunities to access test results, and other VA Benefits by downloading the VA: Health and Benefits application.
