We have a main water line break on Scout Rd. You may lose water, have low pressure until repair is complete. We are working as quickly as we can to repair it.

ALL of our customers of Old Straitsville Water >>>NOT INCLUDING Rockbridge/Enterprise area are on a boil order until further notice. Please boil all water rapidly for 3 minutes prior to any consumption. The advisory will last approximately 24-48 hours. We will post when advisory has been lifted. You may experience cloudy/milky water. We will be flushing the system to resolve this. Thank you for your patience. Please check here for updates !!

We have started filling the tank back up! You may notice your pressure is lower for the next few days, we will have the tank full and be back to normal operations by the end of the week. Please message the page or call the emergency numbers if you are experiencing really low water pressure/no water. Thank you for your patience!

04/11/25 @ 6:00am. We have water break on Geiger Rd, crew is on site doing the repair. Areas south of Geiger Rd..Roads included Arnold, Price, Clayhill, Claybank, Maysville Greendale, Maysville Williams, Scout, Mowery Lehman, ST RT 595, Davis Chapel, Smith Chapel and all roads off these roads. You are under a boil, which will last 24-48 hours. Please boil water rapidly for 3 minutes, before any consumption. Check back with our web page and our page for updates. Please pass this on to neighbors, family and individuals that do not use social media/internet. We cannot call all customers.
