Our Porters took their learning on the road for a cultural field trip to the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago! Students enrolled in Spanish AP and Heritage Learner classes explored Mexican art, culture, and heritage while making meaningful connections to their classroom learning.

A special thank-you to Mrs. Pratt, Mrs. Quintanar & Mrs. Barbach for accompanying our students and helping make this enriching experience possible!

The Illinois Principals Association (IPA) encourages communities across Illinois to celebrate Principal Appreciation Week, October 18–24, and Principal Appreciation Day on Friday, October 23!

Today, we recognize and celebrate the dedicated leaders who guide our schools every day. Principals provide steady leadership, support staff and students, make important decisions, and foster positive school communities where students thrive.
