Annie Halenbake Ross Library Annie Halenbake Ross bequeathed her home at 232 W. Main Street to the City of Lock Haven to house a public library in 1910.

Mission Statement

To provide materials, services and programs that will inform, entertain and educate patrons in Clinton County; To maintain and update material on local and historical community issues.
