Congratulations to our May EOM, Dylan Berguson! Dylan started with WTL in 2017, part-time in recycling. In 2021 Dylan was transferred into a part-time Welding position while attending Penn College to receive his bachelor’s degree in Welding and Metal Fabrication. Dylan graduated from PCT in 2024 and was hired the next month as our full-time Welding and Fabrication Technician. He basically grew up in this landfill with his Dad working here since he was 8 years old! Dylan is a team player and goes out of his way to help anyone, any way he can. He has been a growing asset to his department as he has continues to add to the services and repairs we can handle internally. Dylan sets the example for other team members when it comes to his follow through on tasks. Dylan is kind, motivated, and determined. He is an asset to WTL!
