Please join me in celebrating our August 2026 Employee of the Month, Kristen McKivison! Kristen started at the landfill in 2012. She has been an Administrative Assistant, a weighmaster, a dispatcher and now an incredible Environmental Coordinator. Kristen knows her customers and the DEP regulations well. She continues to represent WTL professionally with a wealth of knowledge. Kristen goes above and beyond for our customers and our team. She jumps in and helps wherever she can if it’s helping to cover lunch breaks at the scale house to tracking information & coordinating logistics on tire day, no matter the weather conditions! A lot of the hard work Kristen puts in is behind the scenes. She works non-stop to communicate with our customers and ensures we stay compliant with all waste coming into the landfill! Kristen is an asset to our company and we are all lucky to have her on our team. CONGRATULATIONS, Kristen!
