Youth Services at Ross Library seeks to enrich the community with quality programs including STEM and STEAM activities, books, computers, and space for tutoring, therapy, and play. We will be reading POP! Goes the Nursery Rhyme and That is NOT a good idea! Then we will use foil and paint to create a cute chick craft, following that up with plenty of time to play and explore together.

There’s a NEW Big Paper Project ready in the Children’s Library, and this time we’re talking about friendship!

Stop by, grab a marker, and add your thoughts, drawings, or ideas to our giant paper. There’s no right or wrong answer, we want to see what YOU think makes a good friend!

🎃👻 TRUNK OR TREAT IS COMING BACK TO ROSS LIBRARY! 👻🎃

We’re getting ready for a spooktacular evening of Trunk or Treat with a Storybook Twist on October 22 from 5–7 p.m. in the Ross Library parking lot, and we could use your help!

Want to help us fill our candy buckets?
We’re accepting donations of individually wrapped candy, treats, and/or fidget toys. Donations can be dropped off at Ross Library during regular business hours.

Want to decorate a trunk and hand out candy? We’re also looking for families, businesses, organizations, and community members who would like to host a trunk! Pick a favorite storybook, book character, or literary theme, decorate your trunk, and help us bring a little bookish magic to Trunk or Treat!

If you’re interested in donating candy or hosting a trunk, please send us a message or stop by the library!

Let’s make this year’s Trunk or Treat the sweetest one yet!

We will read Cookie Time and Cookie Kerfuffle then make a cookie craft using paint and our fingers to make chocolate chips! After that we will have plenty of time to play and explore in the Gould Room!
