Did you know that a Regional Enhancement Millage is the only way Michigan school districts can increase per-pupil funding beyond what is provided by the state under Proposal A (1994)?

If approved by voters, funds would:
• Be collected countywide
• Be distributed to every public school district and eligible public school academy
• Remain under local control for how each district uses the funding

The proposal would appear on the August 4, 2026 ballot, with funds available beginning December 2026 if approved.
