Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) or Home Health Aid (HHA) who can speak Chaldean to join our team at Lasting Connections LLC. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to clients in their homes, contributing significantly to their health and well-being. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring any changes are reported promptly.
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Support clients with developmental disabilities in daily activities as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring and infectious disease care protocols.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a home setting.
