PRAYER FOR MY KIDS

Father God,
I lift up my kids to You. You said, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). So I stand on that truth. I’m not moved by what I see in the moment, I’m anchored in what You promised over their lives.

Jesus, reveal Yourself to them in a real way. Not through double-mindedness, but deep knowing in their hearts. You said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). So I declare they’ll come out of confusion, anger, or darkness. They walk in Your light and are anchored in it.

Holy Spirit, draw them in. Quiet the noise around them. Pull their hearts toward conviction that leads to life. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). I declare they will believe, they will receive, they will live.

Lord, shape their identity in You. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind” (Romans 12:2). I speak renewed minds over my kids. No deception, no counterfeit identity, no confusion about who they are. They belong to You.

I declare they will love what is good.
I declare they will turn away from what destroys them.
I declare they will hear Your voice and recognize it.
I declare they will be protected from every assignment meant to derail them.

Jesus, be their Shepherd. “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). Help them discover that through visions and dreams. Let them follow You with strength, even when others around them don’t.

Cover their minds, their emotions, their future. Pull them out of cycles that don’t belong to them. Place them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. And I declare over them that they will know You, walk with You, and stay with You all the days of their lives. HALLELUJAH 🙌🏼 Thank You that they are blessed! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
