The Frank Institute @ CR10 is a non profit Arts Space , conceived , created & curated by artist, Francine Hunter McGivern , in 2011. Programs from 2012-2016 focused on Site Specific Multi-Disciplinary Installations & Performance. Currently on view @ CR10 : "SHIFTING CONSIDERATIONS ", a 50 retrospective of the artist's multi-disciplinary work. The Frank Institute is a 15000 sf cinder

block building w/ 2 floors on 3.2 acres; designed rebuilt and repurposed by Francine Hunter McGivern in 2011 and now functions as the artist's studio. The bldg was constructed in 1954 by the father of my friend & neighbor, (RIP) Wayne Raymond.
