Exciting Announcement!
We are honored to invite Jake Bevan to join the CREATE Grizzly coaching team for 2026.

Jake is an agronomist and agroecologist at EcoLogical Ag Solutions in south central Kansas. Primarily working with commodity crop producers, he looks for ways to bring the nuances of nature into the operations of producers looking for a more holistic way of farming. Whether it be the introduction of compost teas/extracts, implementation of cover crops, pest management via nutrition, nutrient use efficiency, or even adaptive grazing practices, Jake loves helping things get a little bit better; day by day, month by month, year by year.

Jake worked on farms throughout his uprbringing, but wasn’t raised on one. He was as likely to be at a baseball diamond or nestled next to a cozy creekbottom as he was to be on a tractor (all three being things he enjoys to this day). His land ethic was borne of his experience in the Boy Scouts and from gaining sustenance from nature’s bounty. His passion for health and nutrition was borne of his love of sport, whether it be football, baseball, running, or golf. His love of the farm was borne of his love for the people that tend to the land. These things all intersect just below our feet; soil brings it all together.

Jake has a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Kansas State University, has attended and presented at Soil Health Academies, and is a graduate of CREATE 2024. He feels truly blessed to have encountered the people and experiences that led him to this point in life, and feels called to honor those people and experiences by helping restore vibrance to life from soil to soul.

Exciting Announcement!
We are honored to invite Greer Manderson to join the CREATE Grizzly coaching team for 2026.

Greer deeply cares about people as much as she cares about soil; seeing the two as inherently connected to enable farming and food production that works from the soil up.

She is a graduate of the 2024 CREATE Yellowstone programme, which sits alongside her BSc(Hons) in Biological and Environmental Sciences, and familiarity with Albrecht-Kinsey nutrient management through her upbringing.

Greer’s unstoppableness and eye for opportunity has enabled her work across different farm systems and organisations in various agroecological coaching and education roles. Considered a natural teacher, she is a sharp, compassionate and energetic presence on the coaching team.

Greer views soil as not only a keystone in the solutions to many of the world’s ‘wicked problems’, but also an access to a new sense of energy, possibility, curiosity and community in farming and food production.

The hardest thing in agriculture isn't the weather...it's the willingness to change.
The world is full of people who avoid accountability, stay well within the boundaries of what's "normal," and have made peace with complacency — getting the same results, season after season, year after year.
And that's fine. That's their choice.
The Integrity Soils CREATE Agroecological Coaching School was never built for them.
CREATE is for the ones who are restless. The farmers, growers, and land stewards who know there's a better way and are willing to do the hard work to find it. The people who are done making excuses and ready to make change. The ones who don't just want to think outside the box — they want to tear the box apart entirely.
This program will challenge you. It will push you past what you think is possible. It will demand accountability — to land, your community, and yourself.
If that makes you uncomfortable, this probably isn't your program.
But if something in you just leaned forward — this is exactly where you belong.
Applications for CREATE are open now. The question is whether you're ready.

A stunning early morning view to greet the farmers who have travelled from near and far for the Nicole Masters and Meagan Lannan Masterclass, focussing on restoring soils after fire and flood. Just a few months ago this view presented a completely different landscape after catastrophic bushfires.

We're excited to see some of the soil restoration work our board member Callum Lawson is doing here and are rapt to be back here to learn, share and do what we do best - farmers helping farmers ⭐

We are pretty excited about this one. Meagan Lannan from our Integrity Soils team has just earned her Certified Farm Succession Coordinator digital badge through UW–Madison Division of Extension and the International Farm Transition Network. This means Meagan is now officially recognized for the skills she brings to guiding farm and ranch families through those big, sometimes messy succession conversations and turning them into clear, workable plans for the next generation.

If you know Meagan, you know she lives this work. Between her coaching with Integrity Soils and co-owning Barney Creek Livestock, a soil-centered adaptive grazing operation in Montana’s Paradise Valley, she is in the thick of both ecological change and family decision-making every day. She already brings a powerful mix of systems thinking, straight talking questions, and deep care for people and land. This new credential adds even more tools, structure, and confidence to support families as they plan for the future of their business, their land, and their legacy.

We are so proud of the way Meagan continues to grow her practice and show up for farmers and ranchers around the world. If succession has been on your radar, keep an eye out for upcoming opportunities to connect with Meagan and the Integrity Soils team for support.

These photos show two completely different stories on a Victorian cattle breeding property managed by VicNoTill board member Callum Lawson.

'Allanvale' will host internationally acclaimed soil health educator Nicole Masters from Integrity Soils and more than 50 farmers from across Australia at a three-day Soil Health Masterclass starting Monday.

How to restore farming systems are fire and flood is taking centre stage.

‘Allanvale’ was damaged during catastrophic fire conditions in January that resulted in a declaration of a State of Disaster covering 18 local government areas and an alpine resort.

We are excited to be sharing, learning and doing what we do best - farmers helping farmers restore burnt landscapes through natural sequence farming and regenerative tools.
