Last week, Chief Fratus had the honor of attending the FBI National Command Course (NCC) in Woodbridge, Virginia, an elite leadership program created specifically for police executives from agencies with fewer than 50 sworn officers.
Attendance at the NCC is highly selective and requires nomination by the local FBI Field Office. Chief Fratus joined 51 law enforcement leaders from across the United States for an intensive week focused on strategic leadership, officer wellness, organizational planning, and ethical decision-making.
Even more exciting, Chief Fratus was selected by his peers to serve as the Class President and Representative for the program, a tremendous honor recognizing leadership, professionalism, and collaboration.
At the Live Oak Police Department, we believe leadership and professional development are ongoing commitments. Opportunities like this help us continue growing, strengthening our profession, and providing the highest level of service to the community we are proud to serve.
