Colorado Parents of Blind Children CO-POBC The Colorado Parents of Blind Children (CO-POBC) is a division of the NFBCO. CO-POBC is a division of the National Federation of the Blind of Coloraado (NFBCO).

Its mission is to offer support, information and encouragement to families and friends of blind/visually impaired children. NFBCO is a membership organization of the blind that dvocates for the legal, social, educational and economic rights of blind people of all ages. NFBCO believes that, with proper training in adaptive skills and a positive attitude about blindness, blind/visually impaired chil

dren and adults can compete on terms of equality with their sighted peers. CO-POBC offers its support to the families, educators and friends of blind/visually impaired children.
