🎶 Learn to play your favorite songs — no private lessons required! 🎹🎸🪕

Join us online this November for our Chords Are Key music workshops! These one-day Zoom classes are designed to get you playing quickly by focusing on chords and easy-to-learn techniques rather than complicated music theory.

Choose the instrument that interests you — or try more than one!

🎹 Instant Piano — Saturday, November 14 | 9 AM–12 PM
🎸 Instant Guitar — Saturday, November 14 | 1–3:30 PM
🪕 Instant Ukulele — Thursday, November 12 | 6:30–9:30 PM

💻 All classes are held online via Zoom
👥 Ages 13–100 — beginners welcome!
💲 $70 per class

🏃 Ready, Set, Run! Youth Cross Country is back this fall! 🍂

Join Coach Margo Gillen for a fun and active cross country program designed for runners of all skill levels, ages 4–12! Each Sunday, athletes will build their running skills through warm-ups, technique drills, games, workouts, and stretching — all while having fun and staying active.

🏁 To finish off the season, athletes will get the chance to put everything they’ve learned to the test in a race at the final practice!

🎾 Fall Tennis is back with Marcy’s Tennis Academy!

Join us this September and October for Saturday tennis lessons at the LMS Tennis Courts! Whether your child is just getting started or looking to keep building their skills, Marcy’s Tennis Academy is a great way to get on the court, stay active, and have some fun this fall. 🍂🎾

Lessons are available for Grades K–8, with separate sessions based on grade level.

Would you know what to do if someone suddenly collapsed, stopped breathing, or began choking? This hands-on CPR & AED HeartSaver Course will give you the skills and confidence to respond when it matters most.

Join us for a 3-hour American Heart Association HeartSaver course covering:

🫀 Adult, child & infant CPR
⚡ How to use an AED
🚨 Adult, child & infant choking response
👶 Infant CPR
👐 Rescue breaths & chest compressions
📞 Activating the emergency response system
❤️ How to recognize and respond to other emergency situations

Couper Field (35 Shaker Lane).

The Combine is open to anyone interested in Youth Flag Football, whether you are already registered or still deciding if the program is right for you! Players will rotate through 4 skill stations designed to evaluate their abilities. Each player will only need to attend for approximately 15–45 minutes—you do not need to stay for the entire event.

The Combine helps our coaches create balanced and competitive teams within each division.

Long Lake Beach Closed Today

Unfortunately, Mother Nature isn’t cooperating with us today! Due to the undesirable weather, Long Lake Beach will be closed today, Sunday, August 23.

Tomorrow is looking like a perfect beach day, and it kicks off our FINAL WEEK of the 2026 season!

Come out and enjoy Long Lake one more time before we say goodbye to summer!
