National Leadership Academy (NLA) is an intensive four-day Academy for high school students that focuses on developing compassionate leaders through education and service. NLA features world-class speakers, service-learning opportunities, outdoor team-building exercises, & small group workshops to develop leadership skills, inspire purpose, and empower student to ask the question, "What more can I

do to make a positive impact in my school, community, and the world?"

Session topics include:
- Character development
- Civic engagement
- Global awareness
- Cross Cultural training
- Servant Leadership
- Speaking Skills


Students will experience and develop:
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Team building and teamwork
- Time management
- Inter and Intra personal communication skills
- Assertiveness and self confidence
- Empathy and humility
