New York's Amish Trail Experience the Old Order Amish Community with a trip along New York's Amish Trail, located in the western portion of Cattaraugus County.

You can start at the Southern end in Randolph, and continue North through the towns of Conewango, Leon, South Dayton, Dayton, to Gowanda (Northern End). This is not a straight path, but rather an adventure where you decide what back roads to take and what shops to visit using our Map. Unlike any other Amish communities, there is no commercialization, and life is still carried on without modern con

veniences. Follow handcrafted signs that point the way to a variety of businesses featuring quilts, toys, furniture, baked goods, and more. Along the way, you are sure to see horse-drawn wagons. Call 1-800-331-0543 or go to EnchantedMountains.com for a New York Amish Trail brochure highlighting the Amish Community with its shops as well as "English" shops that sell the Amish products on consignment and "English" partners that offer places to shop, dine and stay. Please remember to honor the Amish's beliefs.... do not take photos and no sales on Sunday. Hours listed are for the Amish businesses, the "English" businesses hours are included in the brochure.
