When a complaint is filed with the ADH-Arkansas State Board of Nursing, it is carefully reviewed to determine if it is a violation of the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act. If the complaint moves forward, the investigation may involve gathering documents, conducting interviews, and other steps to gather all relevant information.
