We were glad to welcome summer interns from the Governor’s office for a quick tour of the office today as they began their exciting journey in the Arkansas State Capitol.

Congratulations to the Arkansas Girls State and Boys State Commissioners of State Lands! We enjoyed visiting with these young people during the delegates' visit to the Capitol last week.

Tariyah Tucker of Russellville and Oran Wright of Quitman won their respective elections as Commissioner. Oran was accompanied by Jax Cunningham of Harrisburg and Jared Deason of Little Rock as staff members.

We wish them all the best and hope to see them return to the Capitol someday!
