We will hold three auctions this week.

Tuesday, Sept. 15, parcels from Clay, Greene, Lawrence, and Randolph Counties will be auctioned at the Paragould Community Center, 3404 Linwood Dr.

Wednesday, Sept. 16, Sharp County parcels will be auctioned at the Ozarka College Lecture Hall, 64 College Drive in Ash Flat.

Thursday, Sept. 17, Fulton and Izard County properties will be auctioned at the Ozarka College Lecture Hall, 218 College Drive in Melbourne.

PLEASE NOTE that these are two different campuses of Ozarka College.

All purchases must be fully paid at the auction site. Buyers must bring their form of payment to the auction. We accept personal or business checks, credit or debit cards, or cashier's checks or money orders. We do not accept cash.

This week's auctions of properties with real estate taxes delinquent since 2021 will be held in Faulkner and Phillips Counties.

Wednesday, Sept. 9, parcels from Cleburne, Faulkner, and Van Buren Counties will be auctioned at the Conway Expo & Event Center, 600 Expo Blvd. in Conway.

Thursday, Sept. 10, parcels in Lee, Monroe and Phillips Counties will be auctioned at Beth El Heritage Hall, 406 Perry St. in Helena.

August 19 (121 bidders)
Crittenden County: 64 parcels offered and 64 sold; total sales $423,740.26
Cross County: 18 parcels offered and 16 sold; total sales $67,778.76
St. Francis County: 110 parcels offered and 77 sold; total sales $102,267.16

August 25 (87 bidders)
Boone County: 45 parcels offered and 45 sold; total sales $234,291.62
Marion County: 15 parcels offered and 15 sold; total sales $73,793.93

Auctions of real estate parcels with taxes delinquent since 2021 will be held in Saline and White counties this week.

On Sept. 1, we will offer parcels in Grant, Hot Spring, Perry and Saline counties. That auction will be held at the River Center, 1800 Citizens Drive in Benton.

Thursday, Sept. 3, parcels from Independence, Jackson, White, and Woodruff counties will be offered at the Downtown Church of Christ auditorium, 900 N. Main St. in Searcy.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., followed by the auction at 10 a.m. Purchases must be fully paid at the auction, using a personal or business check, credit or debit card, cashier's check or money order. Parcels that do not sell at auction will appear in the online auction (https://auction.cosl.org/) 30 days later.

Real estate taxes primarily fund public schools, with small portions allocated for libraries, emergency services, and other public needs.

Tomorrow, Aug. 25, we will auction tax-delinquent parcels from Boone, Marion, Newton and Searcy Counties. That auction will be held at the Signature Bank Community Room, 303 N. Main Street in Harrison.

Wednesday, Aug. 26, we will offer parcels from Baxter and Stone Counties. The auction will be held at the Trout Nature Center of ASU Mountain Home's Shied Building, located at 1600 S. College St.

Registration opens at 9 a.m., followed by the auction at 10 a.m. All purchases must be paid in full at the auction site, using either check or card.
